Julie graduated with her 200 hour yoga certification through the Healthy Mind, Body and Soul Yoga Teacher Training Program. She is also a Level 1 certified Reiki practitioner and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Julie enjoys teaching different yoga formats, such as Restorative, Yin, Slow-Flow, Power Vinyassa and Chair. Cross Fit is an important part of her daily workout regimen, and yoga is the perfect compliment.
