Chrissy Jarman Smith began her fitness career in 1996 by teaching aerobics at Western Carolina University, where she obtained a BS in Sport Management/minor in Nutrition. She has over 13 years of experience in the Fitness Industry holding leadership roles as a Group Exercise Coordinator and Fitness Director. She recently obtained her Masters from High Point University in Exercise Sport Studies.
