My fitness career started with Crossfit in 2009. I went to my first group Crossfit class and fell in love with fitness. After that I changed careers and enrolled myself in a Fitness course with the Australian College of Sport & Fitness to achieve my Fitness Qualifications in 2011.
Since then I have continued my education with a variety of courses such as Pilates (as well as various specialities within Pilates), Crossfit, TRX, Boxing and Kettlebells.
Since 2011, I have instructed 1000s of classes in a wide variety of formats eg. Crossfit, Fat Burning Pilates, Mat Pilates, Stretching, Boxing, Bootcamp, TRX, Strength & Power, Olympic Lifting, Spartan, Ninja Warrior, a variety of ab, butt and thigh classes to name just a few.
I’m passionate about my career and currently instruct 25 classes per week. I love my job (if you can call it that!)!!
I did a Fitness Exchange in May 2018 for 7 days at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun for a week. Instructed 2 classes per day, 8am Bootcamp and 11am Pilates. See my Instagram “legionpilatesfitness” for videos of the Bootcamp I ran.
