I have been in the fitness industry for over 22 years starting out teaching fitness classes and then moving onto corporate fitness management.   I currently teach 15 classes a week which include classes consisting of cardio & weights and yoga at three local senior centers as well as being a daily sports conditioning coach for junior and seniors at a private boarding school.

In my free time I enjoy working in my many flower gardens around my house, hanging out at the beach, spending time with my friends and family and going for early morning bike rides.  The highlight of my week is spending time with my 2 year old grandson Robbie!
