I am a 24 year old full-time teacher with an aspiration for fitness. I have always loved teaching especially fitness classes! I enjoy sharing my passion with class participants on how they can change poor habits to make healthier choices for themselves that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. I am confident in my knowledge on everything from what type of exercises to do, what form and how much, to food and nutrition. I worked at Goodlife Fitness for a year and gained a tremendous amount of insight on how to help individuals be a better version of themselves. I walk and talk fitness, mindfulness and well-being. It is a true passion of mine and I strive to find ways in which I can continue my life long journey of inspiring others to go down the same path I have!
