My specialty is Pilates and i own my own studio. I love personal training! I teach yoga, bosu, pilates on the ball with other props such as the magic circle and bands;I love to motivate my clients to reach their fitness and nutrition goals! I owned and operated a large fitness and tennis club for years and now focus on personal training in my private studio.
