Deborah Strain

My name is Deborah Strain.  I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and am licensed to teach Zumba and STRONG by Zumba.  I live and work in Kettering, OH.  When I'm not teaching fitness classes, I enjoy cooking, running, and dancing.  I dance with a local belly dance group called Bronwen's Beauties, named after our amazing teacher.
