Kristi Hays

I am a 44 year old married mother of 2 boys. Bailey is 23 and Jared is 20. Six years ago I joined a group workout that  sparked my love for all things fitness. Two years ago I started teaching small group fitness and fell in love with the notion of helping people achieve their fitness goals all while making sure they had fun doing it. In March of this year I became certified through ACE as a personal trainer. Since then I have done some one on one training. I work a full time job right now but hope to one day soon quit my job and focus more on training. In the mean time I am working on getting a second certification in Exercise and Fitness nutrition.
