Irene Seamans

I am married with 3 young children, which I home school.

I have been teaching at the HealthQuest in Flemington NJ for over 2 years. I currently teach 3 classes a week. My specialty is kickboxing on the heavy bag. I have trained at boxing gyms. I have a love for it and enjoy sharing it with others. 

I am certified to teach Body Jam. It is a Les Mills program. Dance is my second love. The class is urban/hip hop dance.
