My name is Fanny Kopman,  leaving in Nj - I am X group instructor since 2003 working this days @ 24 hour fitness in NJ/NY.

I am a spin star 3 instructor and Less Mills program RPM, BODY Pump,cxworkx and Body flow (YOGA) instructor 

in the past 2 years i had the opportunities to teach  Aqua cycle & yoga in all inclusive resorts in mexico.
