I discovered Power Yoga in 2013 and my life has been forever changed because of this powerful practice. The JIP flow continues to challenge me physically and pushes me to challenge myself off my mat. I have always enjoyed competitive sports and the adrenaline rush that comes with it. Being a yoga has filled that space for me and given me the outlet that my body, mind and soul craves. I can’t imagine my life without my yoga practice and this amazing community. Since my first yoga class here, I have become a yoga teacher, participated in 40 days, made the choice to be at home with my three beautiful boys and have taken my Baptiste level one certification. This practice continually pushes me to grow and uncover my true purpose. It is a gift to share this practice with others so they can explore their own journey of self-discovery.
