Stephanie Howell

Stephanie has a passion for fitness and a welcoming and enthusiastic approach for people from all fitness levels.  With two decades of experience, she can teach various formats to just about any demographic.  Stephanie teaches strength, yoga, pilates, and cardio formats such as spinning, Pound and HIIT classes.  She was the fitness manager of a large, multi-location health club for 15 years and managed a staff of more than 75 group exercise instructors.  After moving to Utah, she took over the fitness programming at a multi purpose yoga and fitness studio, managing 70 instructors while continuing to teach various formats.  Stephanie recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and enjoys teaching vinyasa style yoga classes.  She has just the right amount of "toughness" to challenge the participants in her class to do more than they think possible, while leaving them encouraged and wanting to come back for more.
