I have loved fitness from the day I was born. I have always enjoyed competing against myself and others. I have played sports my entire life but have always had a passion for football and track/running. Other sports that I participated in include: baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, floor hockey, yoga and triathlons. In 2007, I successfully competed in and Ironman triathlon competition. Crossing that finish line that day was one of the highlights on my life. I played college football at both Lehigh University and Fordham University.
I live a very active lifestyle to this day. I work out every day (weight training, HIIT, CrossFit) and I enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Swimming is still a passion of mine as well.
I get to live my dream every day as a health and physical education teacher. There is no better job in the world than organizing activities for students in a way that will help them stay healthy for the rest of their lives. I get to continue my work in the summer as the owner and operator of several sports camps that also focus on fitness. For me, this is a job that I work on 24/7/365. However, when you love it as much as I do it is hard to call what I do work. It is simply just my passion!
