My name is Sherie Drees. I am a RYT-500 hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor, an AFAA certified Fitness Trainer, a certified Natural Trainer (CNT 1 & 2), a Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner. I have more than a decade in the wellness industry and launched my own yoga business Yoga After Cancer helping survivors navigate survivorship. I am a fitness enthusiast, fitness trainer, movement coach, yoga instructor, artist, wife, and mother. I bring thoughtful and innovative routines to all of my classes. Whether guiding others through a yoga practice or motivating my clients during a bootcamp class, my goal is to inspire. I have a passion and love for living a vibrant healthy lifestyle and guiding others to do the same. Fitness Pro Travel brings together my passion for travel with the heart of movement. I currently teach various styles of yoga including -Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, Stretch, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Sound and Meditation. I teach various fitness classes including Bootcamp, Strength, KettleBells, Weights, Intervals, HIIT, Tabata, Body Power, Natural Movement, Functional Fitness, Core Strength, and TRX Bands.
