Katharine Tabb

A recent arrival to Florida, I currently teach in Navarre, Florida. A town that is relatively new to yoga my focus has been on introducing beginners to yoga in a safe and enjoyable space. My teaching includes classes in power yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga and i love teaching all levels of yoga form the advanced student to the first timer on the mat. I am also currently in massage therapy school and have taken courses in thai-yoga massage.
