- Pam Sanborn
Pam Sanborn brings a variety of expertise to the fitness arena. For the past 20 years Pam has enjoyed teaching group exercise classes. Some of her favorites classes includes boot camp, core strength and senior fitness. For the past 15 years Pam has enjoyed working at Colby-Sawyer College where she is the Fitness Center Director. She directs the Cardiac Rehab Healthy Heart Program, is an adjunct professor and works with the athletes in strength and conditioning.
