Jules Turner

I have practiced yoga since being 16 years old. Becoming a certified teacher fulfilled a long ambition to share the benefits of yoga with others. My philosophy is based on yoga as a way of life utilising body, breath and movement to achieve physical and mental well-being. We have everything we need within our ourselves and sharing my knowledge and passion for yoga with others is a beautifully rewarding experience. 

I have practiced Ashtanga, Bikram, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and currently teach between 6-8 Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow classes each week. My classes are dynamic, energised classes focussing largely on Breath, Drishti and Alignment to develop strength, agility, flexibility whilst journeying towards a calm, meditative state.

I enjoy the relationship I cultivate with each student and strive to understand their personal motivations whilst challenging them to develop their own practice, in class and also encouraging them outside the class.

Yoga philosophy is important to me and living the yogic values helps me better understand the needs of others whilst nurturing my own body and soul.
