I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast who also loves to travel. My specializations include zumba or cardio-dance classes of all kinds. My dances can include Latin styles of all types, arabic, african, broadway, country and many other styles. I can teach ballet based classes such as ballet barre or ballet bootcamp. I teach yoga of all kinds, hatha, ashtanga, relaxation or stretching based. I can teach pilates and essentrics. I can teach all manner of body design or sculpting. I can teach hiit fitness and interval step classes. I can teach aqua fitness classes and did so for many years at a facility called Femme Fitness, the city of Dollard and Mathers gym in St-Eustache. I can teach cardio-boxe or kickboxing as well. I can teach entertaining full hour classes on the ball, if facilities are equipped with enough exercise balls for all participants. My earliest beginning of course began with traditional high-low aerobics, so naturally I can teach that as well, though it is not much in demand. I have taught often also for elderly participants and am able to modify my classes according to populations.
I have often been told that my smile is infectious and that my positive energy motivates my class. People attending my dance classes will tell me they have felt like they were on vacation in a tropical resort because my music selections and energy lifts them away from their daily routine. The participants in my yoga classes tell me they love my calm presence and voice, and always leave feeling relaxed after my classes. I am a very reliable, punctual instructor and pride myself on a good reputation. My manner is easy going and encouraging of others. Being non-judgmental and accepting of others goes a long way in motivating them to participate and just have fun!
