Holly Mitchell

Holly is from Rancho Cucamonga, California. She grew up here until she left for college where she attended the University of Hawaii. It was here that she studied Marine Mammology and received degrees in both Biology and Psychology. On the island she became an avid hiker and scuba diver and it was here where she first found yoga. After living on Oahu for 8 years she returned to California and attended training to become a certified yoga instructor. She wanted to share her love and passion for yoga and meditation with the World and now teaches classes locally in Upland, California.
