Grace Izzo

Grace Izzo (she her), E-RYT 200, is a yoga teacher, reiki master practitioner, and mental health and eating disorder recovery advocate from Raleigh, NC. She completed her 200 hour Lifepower yoga teacher training in 2018 and has remained a student of yoga since, and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom imparted to her by her teachers. She remains a forever student of yoga, and is currently pursuing her 300 hour yoga teacher traijing at Asheville Yoga Center

Her classes are interwoven with yoga philosophy and radical self love to help students cultivate body gratitude, embodiment, and authenticity, both on and off of the mat. You can expect playful, creative sequences inspired by Grace’s background in dance paired with a dose of inspiration to help you align mind, body, and soul.
