Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a young child. I found joy in movement and meditation even at a young age. It was no wonder that I instantly fell in love with yoga during my first class. Since 2003, I have been actively practicing yoga; I earned my 200 hour certification through Yoga Alliance in 2007. Presently, I teach weekly gentle and slow flow alignment classes.
I believe completely in the power of yoga. My classes focus on safely transitioning from posture to posture with mindfulness and care. I encourage my students to be an observer of their mind, body, and breath as they explore the effects of each posture.
