I am a fitness fanatic who has been working out and teaching classes in various formats for the past 20 years. I am a very active individual who has competed in many triathalons and running races. I consider myself in top form, having just given birth 10 months ago to my second child and teaching all of my classes (about 8 per week) right up to the due date. I enjoy teaching many different types of classes, both cardio and mind/body and I believe making every workout count. I am qualified to teach many levels and ages and enjoy the variety that each individual brings to the class.
