I am a mother of 3 who joined the gym and dropped 20 lbs the hard way. I know what it takes to get in shape and stay that way. I love to help others do the same. I have a passion for fitness and an active, sporting family. My husband is a pastor and can also be scheduled to do weddings or renew vows with people.
