I ams the Group Fitness Coordinator for Flex Gym in Lasalle, QC. and also the Special Programs Coordonnator at the YMCA downtown Montreal. I have a BA.PhysED. I have been working and studying in the fitness industry professionally for more than 10 years and I am not teaching classes only but also teaching certifications (F.I.T.) for the YMCA.
