Hello my name is Lacherrie Delahoussaye and I am a certified Cycling Instructor and personal and group fitness instructor from Houston Texas. I am 41 years young. I got certified with Schwinn January 2018. I also been spinning 2 years before becoming an instructor. I have been teaching going on 6 years. I lost 110lbs due to cycling and I figured I owe the universe a favor by helping the next person like I was helped. Spin has become my purpose and reason why I am blessed to this world. I just want to help others become their greatest version. Its my calling to travel the world and share my dreams and desires with those who love fitness the way I do.
