Heidi Jeppsen

I'm married and a mother of 3! I've been teaching since my youngest was less than a year old (over 3 years.) I love sharing my love of fitness with others. I believe fitness should be fun! I teach multiple formats and love that each cater to a different group, but anyone can benefit from coming and working at their own level. Teaching (and raising my kids) is my primary job right now. I teach all ages from kids up to seniors, and I love every class!
