With a background in horticulture I have always had a love of the outdoors and nature. Being outside was (and still is) my favorite way to spend the day. Shortly after college I moved to Chicago for a job. Right around the corner from my apartment was a yoga studio. I started their one week trial and haven’t looked back since. I began to see changes in my physical body and mental health that were unlike anything any other form of exercise had done for me prior. After about a year I signed up for teacher training and couldn’t be happier!
