Jenny discovered Yoga in 1998 during college as a form of physical fitness and stress relief and through the years found it to be the most effective way of getting back into shape after the birth of each of her three kids. In 2016 Jenny took her 200 hour teacher training in Costa Rica for a month long immersion in yoga, meditation, and nature. It was here that she truly experienced the magic of Yoga as a way to manage stress and feel more connected to herself and others. Jenny shares the benefits of this life changing practice by teaching from the heart with a unique blend of physical challenge and mental reflection. Her classes are valuable for anyone feeling stuck and in need of inspiration both on and off the mat.
