Jamie Minor is the owner of StrengthIN. Her passion for helping her clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals comes from her fundamental belief that strength starts from within. What we need, we already possess; sometimes we just need a little help finding it!

Jamie has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade. She is both a Registered Yoga Instructor and an ACE Certified Personal trainer. Jamie creatively combines her background in yoga and strength training to enhance her client’s physical fitness level and mind/body connection.

Her areas of focus include:

  • Yoga – linking breath to movement in a sequenced way to increase fitness level, endurance, strength and flexibility while building internal heat.
  • TRX – total body resistance exercise using a TRX suspension trainer to develop strength, balance and core stability.
  • Tabata – a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) featuring a series of exercises structured into 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
  • Circuit Training – conditioning or strength training using high intensity, aerobically challenging exercises to build strength and muscle endurance.
