Laura MacDonell

Hi my name is Laura MacDonell and I have been a yoga practitioner for 20 years. With a passion for power vinyasa Hot Yoga, I earned my 200 hour teaching certification in 2016. I have been married for 17 years and we have 2 beautiful children ages 10 and 13. My husband and I own and manage a purified water business in St.Catharines Ontario, Canada. The allows us to be very flexible with our schedules leaving us more time to travel.  We all love to travel and have been travelling with our family since and before our children were born. Combining my love of yoga and  my love of travel is a great way to see new places and share yoga with people from around the world. To practice and teach yoga in some of  the most beautiful areas has always been a dream of mine. I look forward to providing people on vacation with an active yoga class that will keep them fit, provide some fun and instill a sense of relaxation.
