Known for her passion, focus on the breath and approachable style, Allison guides a wide range of yoga classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences. Her mission is to empower others to feel better through yoga, so they can give and do more of what matters to them.
Allison first came to yoga for the stretching and strengthening, but quickly fell for how it made her feel mentally as well: more in control, more calm, more focused. She has practiced and studied ever since, supporting her journey through high school, college, and into her adult years eventually deciding in 2015 to become a yoga teacher. She thoughtfully plans each class, drawing on her background in corporate training, theater, and 17+ years of personal yoga practice.
She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Human & Organizational Development and Spanish, as well as her 200-hour RYT yoga certification and a teacher certification through Strala Y,oga. In addition to teaching, Allison has 10+ years experience in training, coaching, people development, and organization design and transition as a human resources manager.
She lives with her husband Brad in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio and loves to travel, cook and hike with their dogs, Kaia and Sasha.
