Suzanne's yoga roots began with a heart-felt, alignment based practice which continues to influence her both on and off the mat. She completed her 800-hour teacher training through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy and is certified as a Yoga Therapist through IAYT. She strongly believes in yoga as a healing practice that returns us to balance and wellness. Classes flow with precise alignment cues.
Currently a practicing yoga therapist, she enjoys working with the aging, those in chronic pain, and people who struggle with anxiety and/or depression. She has her own yoga studio at 91 Main Street in North Canaan, CT. Classes she teaches include Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Alignment/Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, meditation and Qi Gong.
She strongly believes in yoga as a healing practice that returns us to balance and wellness.
