Cristina Ruscica

I am passionate about wellness, health and fitness with a strong desire to bring my love for fitness to a new level. I became a licenced Zumba instructor so that I could share my passion with others. My fulltime employment entails working with children and families going though difficulties. Exercise including running, some light weight training and my newer found love for Zumba have kept me grounded and centred after those difficult days at work. For this last year I have been employed at two of our local gyms, bringing the fun in Zumba classes to life!
