Major passion for fitness, food and travel!

I have been practicing dietetics for over 6 years - 2 of those years spent working in Bermuda in outpatient clinics and acute care facilities. I have always had a keen interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle and striving to help people help themselves. As of recent, I have transitioned deeper into the fitness side of my interests competing in fitness competitions, and attaining both my CanFitPro group fitness instructor specialist (FIS) certificate and Zumba instructor certificate. 

It would be a pleasure to add travel into the mix with group fitness and healthy eating education!
