I've been on my own personal fitness journey for over 10 years! After many requests from friends to pursue yoga teacher training, in 2017 I decided to take the dive, & now I'm addicted. I teach full spectrum yoga & make every class accessible to every fitness level. I teach 6 classes a week, & plan to add more in spring! Plus I teach private sessions & workshops regularly. My favorite days are the ones where I get to teach!
