I am first and foremost a wife and mom of three boys. I am also a personal trainer, life coach and fitness instructor. My classes are all kid-friendly because I believe fitness and healthy living is a lifestyle that can start very young. When kids learn from a healthy example their life is much healthier without the stress and pressure of adding it later. I train clients one on one as well as teach both boot camp and Pound classes. All classes are accessible to all fitness levels and are able to modify as needed. I like to incorporate fun into all my classes!
