Mateel Page

My name is Mateel Page. I am a 50 years old and work full time for a Class I railroad (Union Pacific) in Omaha, Nebraska since 1973 holding various administrative positions throughout company's hierarchy. I also work part time at 24 Hour Fitness a few nights a week. My first certification through Afaa happened in 2001. A girlfriend of mine talked me into getting certified because I was attending every aerobic class our workplace had to offer. I have enjoyed this aspect of my life immensely. I find exercise gives me more energy to enjoy my work, home, family, and friends. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren with another one on the way. I have found that exercise helps me handle the pressures at work and keeps me in excellent health. I have been to Jamaica 3 times utilizing the fitbodies website and hope to continue for many years to come.
