Through her love of yoga, Jade hopes to inspire others to connect with their body, move with their breath and find peace. 

Jade has practiced yoga since the early 2000's when she was able to take yoga in high school instead of a traditional physical education program.  Jade continued practicing yoga through college and her competitive equestrian career.   After earning a BA in Anthropology with an emphasis in physical Anthropology, she began to concentrate on her yoga practice. In 2013, she achieved her 200H RYT in Vinyasa yoga and continues course work to expand her knowledge of the practice of yoga and teaching. Beyond her initial certification Jade holds continuing education certificates in : Yoga for Pain Care, Yin Yoga,  Mindful Therapeutic Yoga Practices for Veterans and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Resiliency for First Responders. 

Jade loves to study anatomy and understands that no one has a text book body. She likes to remind her classes that yoga is to experience your own, unique body.   Understanding this, there is still no more advanced pose than remembering to smile!
