Michelle Mann is an ACE certified health coach, personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She teaches at the acclaimed Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas, Texas founded by Dr Kenneth Cooper, the "father of aerobics."
Michelle has been moving and encouraging others to move since she was a teenager when she worked as a professional choreographer for dance teams. Michelle brings her passion for creative movement to the dance studio, yoga studio and pool where she instructs her signature programs Cardio Beat, Gentle Yoga, and Hydro-Blast. Michelle also enjoys teaching barre, senior fitness, Body Sculpt and Yoga Sculpt.
When Michelle isn’t in the gym she enjoys helping clients lead healthier and happier lives through health coaching. Michelle also loves traveling with her husband and two boys as well as cooking and reading.
