Kandace is a fitness professional with over 20 years of industry experience managing and leading successful fitness programs for her clients, club members, and associates. Known as a distinguished problem solver who consistently demonstrates leadership, confidence and results, she has designed and overseen group fitness programs and client workouts utilizing various types of equipment to successfully achieve an individual’s fitness needs and goals. Kandace constantly leverages her experience, dedication and certifications to challenge not only herself to be better, but everyone around her. She has been a guest instructor at Spin To Break The Cycle charity event 2014 and 2015. Kandace’s workouts have been featured in issues of Fitness Magazine.
