Lauren Henrici

My name is Lauren Henrici and I am a married fifty-one year old mother of three (ages 23, 21 and 17.) I graduated from Hamden High School in Hamden, Connecticut in 1974 and from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts with a A.S. in Science along with a certificate of Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene also in Boston in 1976. I entered the fitness industry ten years ago and have loved every moment of it. I started my teaching career with step aerobics and have built on that consistently. My current passsion is yoga, however I truly enjoy all the classes that I teach which include strength training, spinning, body sculpting, mat pilates and yoga. I swim twice a week as I love the water and have enjoyed teaching aqua aerobics in the past. I think my strength is that I love people and I love teaching people how to feel good about themselves. My classes draw large numbers because I am dedicated and sincere.
