Amy Parrett

I am a North Reading  MA native. Active in cheerleading during my high school days and dancing from the age of 4 all the way up to right before my first daughter was born! I work  as a hair stylist by trade in my families salon business. I have  been a stylist for over 25 years. After having 3 children- I needed a change. I didn’t want a diet, I wanted a life style change. Stepping in the door of Fit Revolution did just that for me. I took almost every class on the schedule - when I hit the spin room I was not so sure about it. I kept at it - spin class after spin class and then it became a necessity. So much, that it pushed me from hiding out in the back row to moving up to the front row, then on to certification & training and then the podium. I  am  CPR/AED certified - Spinning certified & ACE Group X certified. Her other happy place besides Fit Revolution  is her cottage in NH where she, her husband & their three children 16-13-& 11 can unplug and take a breath. Amy hopes to inspire you the way she was inspired the moment she walked in to the doors at Fit Rev.
