As an ACE certified personal trainer and ADAPT Parkour instructor, I love to move, and I love to help people reclaim their freedom of movement! One of my favorite forms of exercise and physical activity is exploring various environments through hiking, running trails, jumping, climbing, and balancing. Most of my clients would agree that not only do they exercise physically when working with me, but they are also vigorously exercising mentally! I really enjoy challenging my clients and observing the way that they connect body and mind during our sessions. I also love incorporating affective, or emotional, concepts into group exercise environments to help build camaraderie and to teach lessons that apply to every day life!
