I am an energetic person who loves to teach and loves to workout. And by workout, I mean hard. I thrive on pushing participants to their limit. I yell and I encourage. You will always leave my class with a high five, a smile and feeling great!

Aside from teaching, I am passionate about my work & my young family. Each day is something new and exciting. Life is too short to sit back & relax.
