My Name is Melissa Clay, I have been fascinated and perpetually intrigued by the human body since I was about 6 years old. Junior year of High school was my first real introduction to the gym we learned about Body mass Index, nutrition, all the different ways to gain mass and tone for ligament and tendon strengthI have been hooked ever since. We had a final gym exam on all of the 650 muscles 1,320 tendons and 900 ligaments I aced it and couldn't get enough. It took me a while to relize that being a personal trainer was where I should be I thought being and interior designer and event Planer was what I wanted. Now I never have to work a day in my life, instead, get paid to teach people to become stronger, truer, brighter, happier, versions of themselves.
