Karen Palmer

 I am a Labor and Delivery nurse in Denver, Colorado.I have been a nurse for 15 years.  I am a wife and mother of four kids, ages 9, 11, 13, and 15. I am a yogi who is certified in Ashtanga style yoga. I have practiced yoga for 13 years with a focus in Vinyasa style yoga. I also have experience in bikram and hot yoga. I am hoping that my certification through Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga school and studios will allow me to bring my yoga knowledge and experience to students looking for a taste of quality yoga while on vacation!! I am also looking forward to opportunities to take my family in vacations that would otherwise be difficult to take because of cost!!
