So, I love being active and, I'm pretty sure, have always loved it. Aside from getting out and hiking, scuba diving, etc etc, I've also been a big fan of group classes and workouts. Started with Martial Arts growing up and has just naturally evolved into now with group fitness instruction.

I enjoy a variety of training, After all variety is the spice of life. Though my main focus is always on just helping people improve themselves and to help them hit their goals. In our dance oriented classes that turns into creating a fun party atmosphere and just getting people moving and sweating. Whereas in our HIIT cardio class focusing more on form and getting people the right modifications and progressions so they can succeed and improve.

One of the unique things with our classes is that my wife and I co-teach everything. So we can really speak to a lot of people. It also allows us more flexibility and the ability to help more people at once. People seem to love the joint teaching since everyone latches onto different things in different people.

I'm really pushing right now to expand our classes with more times and locations, as well as adding in more formats. I'll be completing my AFAA group fitness certification shortly and am going for my Aqua Zumba license in March.
