I have a passion for working with people and helping them to achieve their goals. I help people to set S.M.A.R.T. goals for themselves. I make working out a fun experience. I have lots of experience with designing a variety of training plans; I have participated in Triathlons since 1997. This has allowed me the ability to train runners, swimmers, cyclist. I also love to work with those new to exercise, and teach the importance of nutrition. I am committed to having people walk away from an exercise session with me and say "Wow that was hard, I did not think I could do that, and it was so fun, I feel great, I will be back tomorrow." That is success.
