I have always been involved in some kind of movement since I was little. I started with dance, and then went into rhythmic gymnastics. At age 17 I found my passion in weight training when my teacher allowed me to skip regular phys ed class and hit the weight room in my high school's basement. Weight training led to an overall love of fitness and being able to transform my body in different ways. I've continued with body building, yoga and strength and conditioning training for the past 20+ years. I currently teach group fitness classes and love being able to provide all of the components of fitness into each session, and provide scalable workouts that benefit all. I also enjoy hiking, SUP and other outdoor activities.
