Kathryn Arredondo

 Hi! My name is Katie! I am originally from Los Angeles California and am now living in Colorado. I am a mom of three and married to a firefighter. I am a former police officer with the Los Angeles police department and have spent many years focusing on overall fitness. In my profession, fitness and wellness, were important for my safety and return home to my family. I take fitness very seriously. As a former collegiate softball athlete, I also know what it takes to compete. I love anything team related and I love to motivate people to meet their goals!
